Bonus Terms


General


1- Scope

These Bonus Terms apply to all BTCgame promotions, bonuses, free spins, credits, cashback, and any other incentives unless a specific offer states otherwise. If there is a conflict between these Bonus Terms and the Specific Bonus Terms shown on an offer page, the Specific Bonus Terms prevail.




2- Definitions

  • Bonus Funds: Credits granted by BTCgame as part of a promotion. Not withdrawable until conditions are met.
  • Wagering Requirement: The minimum amount you must wager before bonus funds and related winnings may be withdrawn. Exact requirements vary per offer and are listed in the Specific Bonus Terms.
  • Eligible Games / Contribution: Games or bet types that count toward wagering, often at different contribution rates. See the Specific Bonus Terms for each offer.


Eligibility & Activation


3- Who Can Receive Bonuses

  • Bonuses are available to players with one account per person/household/IP/device.
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, or shared devices may affect eligibility or result in forfeiture.
  • Availability may depend on jurisdiction; offers are void where prohibited.


4- How to Claim

  • Follow the instructions on the offer page (e.g., opt-in, promo code, qualifying deposit or action).
  • Some offers are time-limited or require a qualifying action within a set window. Missed windows may invalidate the bonus.
  • Unless expressly permitted, only one active bonus is allowed at a time. Activating a new bonus may cancel the current one and its progress.



Wagering & Contribution


5- Wagering Requirement

A minimum wagering requirement applies to bonus funds and any winnings derived from them. The exact requirement, qualifying bets, and any game-specific rules are defined in the Specific Bonus Terms.


6- Game Contribution

  • Different games and bet types may contribute differently toward wagering.
  • Contribution tables or exclusions are stated in the Specific Bonus Terms for each offer.

7- Balance Order

  • Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are wagered first, followed by bonus funds.
  • Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement will forfeit the active bonus and any associated winnings.



Usage Rules


8- Bet Limits & Irregular Play

  • Maximum bet sizes may apply while wagering a bonus. Limits are stated in the Specific Bonus Terms.
  • Irregular play such as minimal risk or hedged bets, collusion, synchronized betting, or other tactics intended to exploit bonuses, may lead to cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of winnings.

9- Stacking & Overlapping Bonuses

  • Only one bonus may be active unless explicitly allowed. New bonuses may replace existing ones.
  • Progress on a canceled or replaced bonus is not recoverable unless stated otherwise.



Expiry & Cancellation


10- Time Limits

  • Bonuses, free spins, and wagering windows have expiry periods. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering at expiry will be removed along with associated winnings unless the Specific Bonus Terms say otherwise.

11- Caps & Conversions

  • Some offers (e.g., free spins, no-deposit bonuses) may include maximum win or conversion limits from bonus to withdrawable balance.
  • Any such caps are defined in the Specific Bonus Terms and applied before withdrawal.



Restrictions


12- Excluded Games & Content

  • Certain games or categories (e.g., some live tables, jackpots, or specialty titles) may be excluded from wagering or contribute at reduced rates.
  • Progressive jackpots are typically excluded from bonus play unless explicitly allowed.

13- Payment Method Restrictions

  • Some deposit methods may be ineligible for specific bonuses. Check the Specific Bonus Terms for any exclusions.



Compliance & Verification


14- KYC/AML

  • BTCgame may request identity, address, and source-of-funds verification before crediting a bonus, releasing winnings, or processing withdrawals related to bonuses.
  • Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

15- Fraud & Abuse

  • BTCgame may withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings for suspected abuse, multiple accounts, chargebacks, collusion, or other fraudulent activity.

16- Right to Amend

  • Promotions may be modified or canceled, subject to applicable laws. Material changes will be reflected on the offer page.



Support & Disputes


17- In Case of Conflict

If there is any inconsistency between these Bonus Terms and the Specific Bonus Terms for an offer, the Specific Bonus Terms apply.


18- Help & Responsible Play

  • Bonuses are optional. Please set limits and play within your means.
