User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “Player,” “You”) and BTCgame (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”). It governs your use of the online casino, games, and related services provided at btcgame.com (the “Platform”). By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Platform.

1. Legal Capacity & Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not violating any local laws by accessing the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and verification (KYC/AML). False information may result in account closure.
BTCgame reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.

2. Account Ownership & Security

Each User may only create and maintain one personal account. Multiple or shared accounts are strictly prohibited.
Your account is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account or funds with others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. BTCgame is not liable for unauthorized use due to weak passwords or negligence.
We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

3. Deposits, Wagering & Withdrawals

You may only deposit funds from lawful sources owned by you.
All bets are final once accepted by the Platform. Wagering errors due to user mistakes will not be refunded.
Withdrawals are subject to verification and AML/KYC checks. BTCgame reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals pending review.
All financial transactions may be subject to network delays, processing fees, or blockchain congestion.
BTCgame is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses or lost cryptocurrency transfers caused by user error.

4. Player Obligations

By using BTCgame, you agree to:

Play fairly and not use bots, scripts, or exploit bugs to gain advantage.
Refrain from collusion, money laundering, or fraudulent behavior.
Respect other users and not engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in chat or community features.
Comply with AML, KYC, and responsible gambling requirements.
Report any errors, bugs, or suspicious activity to BTCgame support immediately.

5. BTCgame Obligations

BTCgame commits to:

Providing a provably fair and transparent gaming environment.
Maintaining high security standards, including encryption and fraud prevention systems.
Processing deposits and withdrawals promptly, subject to verification checks.
Respecting player privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Offering responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out options.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements, published on the Promotions page.
BTCgame reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or adjust bonuses in cases of abuse, fraud, or bonus manipulation strategies.
Only one promotional offer may be active per account unless otherwise specified.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All game results are generated by certified RNG systems or provably fair algorithms.
Server-side results are final and binding in case of discrepancies.
BTCgame reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained through cheating, collusion, or exploitation of bugs.
In the event of technical errors (e.g., server crash), bets placed but not confirmed will be refunded.

8. Financial Responsibility & Risks

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and may lead to financial losses.
You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and gambling behavior.
Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to volatility and network risks. BTCgame is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

9. Responsible Gambling

You agree to play responsibly and use the tools provided to manage your gambling behavior.
BTCgame may suspend or restrict accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
Self-exclusion requests are binding and may not be reversed until the exclusion period ends.

10. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or BTCgame.
You may terminate by closing your account and withdrawing eligible funds.
BTCgame may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement, legal obligations, or fraudulent activity.
Termination may result in forfeiture of bonuses, promotional funds, or illegally obtained winnings.

11. Intellectual Property

All BTCgame software, branding, games, logos, and content are the exclusive property of BTCgame or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the Platform or its content without written permission.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BTCgame harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your breach of this Agreement
Your use of the Platform
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Limitation of Liability

BTCgame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party systems.
BTCgame’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by the player within the last 90 days.

14. Amendments

BTCgame reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Changes will be effective once published on the Platform with an updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which BTCgame is licensed.
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
BTCgame reserves the right to apply different governing laws depending on user location and licensing obligations.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BTCgame regarding the use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or communications.
