Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits

1- Accepted Methods

BTCgame accepts multiple methods for deposits and withdrawals, including USDT (Tether), BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), TRX (TRON), XRP (Ripple), SOL (Solana), and more. Check the Wallet section in your dashboard for the latest supported options. Fiat payment methods also will be supported soon.

2- Minimum Deposit

There is a minimum deposit requirement. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited due to blockchain network fee limitations. Please see the "Wallet" section for the current minimum deposit amount for each payment method.

3- Deposit Process

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Navigate to the "Wallet" from the dashboard menu, choose your preferred balance, click on Deposit, and enter the amount you want to deposit.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the deposit.

4- Deposit Confirmation

Crypto deposits are credited after at least 1 blockchain confirmation. Confirmation times depend on the network and may vary with traffic. Many transactions confirm within minutes, but in some cases (such as Bitcoin) it may take longer during high congestion.

Withdrawals

1- Withdrawal Options

BTCgame supports withdrawals in multiple methods, including Tether (USDT), Bitcoin (BTC), and other supported coins. Withdrawals must be made in the same method as the deposit; each balance is managed separately. Please check the "Wallet" section for the current available options.

2- Minimum Withdrawal

There is a minimum withdrawal requirement to cover transaction fees. Requests below this threshold cannot be processed. Please see the "Wallet" section for the current minimum withdrawal amount for your chosen payment method.

3- Withdrawal Process

  • Sign in to your account and navigate to the "Wallet" section.
  • Select your preferred balance, click on Withdraw, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  • Provide your correct information and submit the request.
  • Please note that your balance will not be deducted immediately after submitting a withdrawal request. Once the withdrawal begins processing, the amount will be deducted from your balance. If sufficient funds are not available at that time, the withdrawal request will be cancelled.

4- Withdrawal Timing

Withdrawals are usually processed within minutes after approval and after processing to the blockchain. The exact time until funds arrive in your wallet depends on the network’s confirmation speed. While most withdrawals complete quickly, delays may occur during periods of high blockchain congestion for crypto currencies or if compliance checks are required.

5- Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawals may be subject to network fees. These fees are deducted from your withdrawal amount and vary depending on the method and current network conditions.

Additional Information

  • BTCgame prioritizes the security of your transactions and funds, applying industry-standard security measures.

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always double-check wallet addresses, amounts, and network selections before confirming.
  • Only send supported cryptocurrencies to the designated wallet address. Sending unsupported coins or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
  • Network congestion or delays may affect processing and confirmation times.
  • BTCgame may update deposit and withdrawal rules, limits, and timings to enhance user experience and security. Refer to the platform and the "Wallet" section for the most up-to-date information.
